Job Description

Job Title - OIC Developer

Experience - 5 - 10 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate to 30 days

Requirements:-

OIC with HCM

• Design, develop, and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (Oic).
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Technical components.
• Develop real-time and scheduled integrations between HCM and external systems.
• Create and manage REST & SOAP services, FTP adapters, and OIC packages.
• Perform data mapping, transformations (XSLT), and fault handling
  Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve OIC integration issues.
• Handle HCM data loads using HDL/HSDL .
• Work on BI Publisher reports and extracts for integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design.
• Prepare technical design documents (TDD).

Technical Skills Required:

• Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Absence - Technical).
• REST & SOAP Web Services.
• SQL, XML, XSLT.
• HDL / HSDL.
• BI Publisher.
