JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior OKR Analyst at ieng, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success by
developing, implementing, and refining our OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework. Your expertise will ensure that our strategic objectives are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned across all levels of the organization. You will be instrumental in analyzing performance data, facilitating OKR setting and review sessions, and providing insights to optimize our goal-setting processes and achieve outstanding results. In addition to driving the OKR framework, the role will be responsible for building and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will ensure KPIs are defined, measured, visualized, and reviewed regularly to drive accountability and results.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
OKR Management
• Develops and refines company-wide OKRs to ensure strategic alignment and clarity of
organizational objectives
• Implements and manages the OKR digital platform, including end-to-end planning, rollout, training,
and ongoing support
• Facilitates regular OKR planning and reviews sessions, proactively engaging and challenging
senior stakeholders to set ambitious and measurable objectives
• Provides training and coaching to teams and individuals on OKR best practices, emphasizing best
practices in OKR formulation, monitoring, and achievement
• Drives internal capability building through coaching, training and workshops
• Monitors OKR progress systematically, providing actionable insights and recommendations to
senior leadership for strategic adjustments
• Drives continuous improvement and adoption of the OKR framework through structured
governance and process-oriented management
• Manages 1 BI developer
KPI Management
• Defines, tracks, and maintains business-critical KPIs across organization, departments, and at
project levels, ensuring relevance and accuracy
• Establishes robust KPI governance, including clear ownership, consistent review cadences, and
defined escalation processes
• Conducts regular KPI health checks and validation cycles to ensure data consistency, accuracy,
and integrity
• Designs, deploys, and manages comprehensive KPI dashboards and performance reports,
identifying performance gaps, operational risks, and strategic opportunities
• Integrates KPI monitoring seamlessly into regular business and strategic performance reviews,
ensuring actionable insights drive accountabilityieng Group
• Proactively challenge senior stakeholders to define and agree on KPIs and related data effectively,
fostering a culture of informed decision-making and performance excellence
IMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reports any hazards or risks in addition to accidents/incident to QHSE department.
• Be aware of and complies to i engineering’s IMS Policy.
• Abides by i engineering’s local legal and client requirements.
• Attends and engages in IMS awareness sessions.
• Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field, with a proven track record in implementing OKR and KPI frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in KPI framework design, tracking, and reporting across functions or
business units
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and convert insights into
strategic actions
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to transformation projects, demonstrating
measurable impact on organizational performance
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing cross-functional
teams
• Deep understanding of OKR and KPI principles and best practices, with experience in coaching
and training individuals and teams
• Proficient in the use of OKR software tools and data visualization platforms including MS excel
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate
objectives and outcomes
• Proven experience in managing difficult conversations and effectively influencing senior
stakeholders
• Highly organized and process-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Prior working experience in emerging markets, particularly in Africa, is highly preferable
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
MBA or equivalent master’s degree in business administration or economics or Statistics
