- Experience: 5 to 12 years
- Location: Hyderabad/Kolkata/Chennai
Experience
- 6–10 years of hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with strong expertise in Auth0 operations and integrations.
- Proven experience working with authentication standards such as SAML, OIDC/OAuth, MFA, conditional access, and B2C policy management.
- Background in performing regular health checks, environment monitoring, SOP development, report generation, and audit support.
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Resolve tickets and incidents related to IAM/SSO.
- Process provisioning & deprovisioning requests.
- Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Experience executing minor enhancements, including:
- Patches and upgrades.
- MFA policy creation.
- Application onboarding using SAML or OIDC.
