We re on the lookout for a talented Okta SME/Developer to join our team and help drive our identity management initiatives. The Okta Technical SME is a critical member of the identity and access management team, responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on all aspects of Okta. This includes designing, implementing, and managing Okta solutions; troubleshooting and resolving issues and providing training and support to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Okta, as well as experience with other identity and access management (IAM) technologies, including Sailpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
Flexible to accommodate time-zones, comfortable with 24*7 operations, well versed with ticket handling in a production environment as teams are geographically dispersed.
