We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join OKU Kos, the original five-star OKU location on the north coast of Kos island for adults-only.
Working from OKU s beautiful Michelin-key awarded property on the north coast of Kos - and recently named by Forbes as one of the best beach resorts in Europe - this hands-on role invites the candidate to become part of an award-winning brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the wait staff during shifts
Train new wait staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing customer concerns
Manage table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements to optimize efficiency
Ensure that food and beverages are served according to quality standards and presentation guidelines
