Reporting to the Embedded Maintenance Team Lead the Operational Maintenance Crew Leader is required to lead their allocated crew and provide general supervision. You will also have accountability for:
+ Managingallocatedteam and resources and deliver serviceableaircrafton time and within budget
+ The provisionofSME advice on availability of approved alternative spare parts and materials and present solutions to enableaircraftdispatch
+ Draftingand presentingnew or updated instructions to improve safety and efficiency of Part 145 Operations.
