Quintas Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to join our Technical Asset Management team for the management of a diverse portfolio of photovoltaic assets across multiple countries and clients. This position offers the opportunity to develop hands‑on experience in the technical and operational management of utility‑scale solar PV plants. As part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, managing incidents, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring contractual and technical compliance. You will work closely with O&M contractors and stakeholders, contributing to the optimisation and long‑term success of PV assets. The role provides exposure to key systems, analytical tools, and performance‑based reporting, within an international and multidisciplinary team.
