O&M Technician

Job Summary

Location: Cleveland, OH

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all Chilled Water and associated equipment, AHUs (Air Houses), and Cooling Units on internal customer owned machinery. O&M Technician 3 will assist with maintenance tasks as directed by Management, Lead O&M Technician, or the Responsible O&M Technician Level 4 in charge. All interactions with our customer are expected to be professional and courteous while providing the services and support needed for success.

Key Accountabilities

*Perform all station shift operation and maintenance, including startup and shutdown of main plant components and auxiliaries, as directed

*Perform operations in accordance with established SOPs and job safety standards

*Respond to abnormalities and take corrective actions consistent with established operating procedures and good engineering practice
