O&M Technician

Position Overview
Carry out the O&M service on the wind turbine generator (WTG) in accordance with project specifications and company standards. This includes troubleshooting, schedule maintenance, retrofit, inspection, and the preparation of technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on Goldwind and multibrand wind turbines.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support the continuous optimization of operational procedures, systems, and maintenance standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components of wind turbines.
• Analyze wind turbine operation data to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections, prepare documentation, and generate reports in accordance with company and industry standards.
