The goals of the Regional Manager in Ontario, Toronto will include but not limited to;
* Beyond Zero Safety - Culture of Caring
* Understand, coach and enforce safety rules for staff and subcontractors
* Lead by example practicing all safety rules (i.e. wear all PPE and observe all site-specific conditions)
* Assess site safety practices, evaluate paperwork (AHA, PTP), staff PPE, review safety scorecard information
* Reward exemplary behavior, coach improvement areas
* Stop unsafe work when observed
* Be knowledgeable on safe work practices, attend same training as field staff as practicable
