OMNI Department manager

Overview

Position Summary… The OMNI Department Manager will provide customer service by offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns, contributing to the Online Grocery and Walmart.ca processes directly and through follow-up with OMNI Associates.

What You'll Do

• Participates in the training and development of all OMNI Associates.
• Completes Back Office Setup including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary; Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report; Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity; Assignation of CFAs, Fills in Staging Whiteboards; Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs.
• Check email and AMP+ for Action Items.
