Omnichannel Business Analyst Integration Lead

Description

The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within an organization. Business Analysts are involved in analyzing and understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating communication between different stakeholders. Their primary objective is to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and that the solutions developed align with the overall goals of the BA is the primary liaison between product experience stakeholders, who understands business needs structure, processes, policies and operations. The role is tasked to assess and recommend impacts of changes that enable the organization to achieve its goals; captures, analyzes and documents requirements.
