Job Description

General Role:

To support the extensive growth of e-commerce activities, Hermes Korea is recruiting Omnichannel Operation Coordinator who manages online store orders and fulfilment process to finalize sales of E-Store and realize omnichannel operation in the future. He/she will report to CRC (Client Relations Center) Manager.

This is a contract-based position for 12 months.

Major Responsibilities:

  • E-store order management 

  • Manage e-store orders by placing validation, cancellation and return in E-store BOH(Back of House) systems
  • Respect company guideline to shape e-store sales activities to be aligned with internal control policy 
  • Optimize order and fulfillment flow both in operational and technical (IT system) aspect
  • Actively implement global IT tools to accelerate efficiency
  • Omni-channel sales support
