We are looking for an Omnichannel Project Manager to support the evolution of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform while contributing to wider omnichannel initiatives. You will work closely with tech, UX, and business teams to deliver customer-centric e-commerce experiences across digital and retail touchpoints. This role is temporary, covering a maternity leave.
Your role will be:
Gather business needs and translate them into clear requirements and user stories
Support the planning and day-to-day follow-up of e-commerce and omnichannel projects
Track progress, risks, and next steps, ensuring projects stay on schedule
Coordinate with development, QA, and UX/UI teams during delivery
Communicate project updates and roadmaps to internal stakeholders
