Job DescriptionAs an On-Call Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our weekend care operations, ensuring a responsive and high-quality service for both Clients and Care Professionals outside of normal business hours. In addition, the role includes being on-call for two agreed weekdays, providing support and leadership as required.This position requires strong leadership and decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to act quickly and appropriately in high-pressure situations.Manage Clients’ needs and take responsibility for their ongoing care and support during out-of-hours periods, with a strong focus on person-centred care.
