The On-Call Support Specialist provides supervision and leadership to Direct Support Professionals to ensure excellence in service delivery for service delivery in the evenings and on weekends. The On-Call Support Specialist will provide direction to staff as required to manage concerns and crisis situations as they arise. The On-Call Support Specialist works remotely and travels from their home office to various service locations within the district as required. The On-Call Support Specialist will respect and uphold the Values, Vision, and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other employees, persons supported and both internal and external stakeholder.
