Berkeley College is seeking a part-time On-Call Test Proctor/Reader to join our team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend all proctor sessions as assigned.Manage admission to and from the testing room, distribute and collect paper test materials, and administer tests on the computer.Monitor students continuously during test sessions to ensure a secure testing environment either in person or online over Zoom.Enforce exam rules regarding items near a test-taker (no other persons, textbooks, notes, or cell phones near the student while they are taking a test).Remain in regular communication with the Accessibility Services department and report any student concerns or testing irregularities.Communicate with faculty to obtain and administer examinations as per the faculty member’s instruction.Read texts (such as textbooks, class assignments, or exams) aloud to students or record stu...
