Network Infrastructure Engineer (Contract)

Location: Newport (on-site / hybrid as required)
Contract: 12 months
Rate: £600 per day
IR35: Outside IR35

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Network Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain a secure enterprise LAN environment. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone operating around CCNA / CCNP level , comfortable working across network security, access control, and core LAN services.

Requirements

  • Support and maintain LAN infrastructure in a secure enterprise environment
  • Configure and troubleshoot firewalls and proxy services
  • Operate and support Network Access Control (NAC) using Cisco ISE
  • Manage remote access solutions (Cisco VPN / AAA)
  • Support DDI services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), ...
