A multi-site construction firm in Niagara Falls is seeking a Controller to lead financial reporting and act as a trusted finance partner on-site. This role requires a CPA with 7-10 years of accounting experience and strong people leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Excel capabilities and be comfortable with site visits and travel. This position offers an attractive compensation package including a base salary of $100,000 - $125,000 and a 10% annual incentive bonus, along with health benefits from Day 1.
