Job Title: Field Service Engineer, LatAm

The role of a Field Service Engineer is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by performing on-site installations, upgrades and ongoing service support and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronic, computer or mechanical engineering with applicable work experience required or bachelor's degree would be considered an asset.


• 1+ years' prior field service experience, installation and troubleshooting complex electronic equipment or equivalent; experience in medical device industry or comparable capital equipment industry preferred.


• Capability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and at times, 80lbs.
