A technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a fresh graduate or junior candidate to provide IT support for laptops, Wi-Fi, and printers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, possess basic knowledge of Windows and Linux, and be eager to learn and work onsite. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, assisting in infrastructure setup, and maintaining IT documentation. This position is full-time and requires on-site presence 5 days a week.
