We are currently looking for a On-site Support to join an ongoing project for one of our clients in Madrid . This is a great opportunity for IT support professionals who enjoy hands-on, on-site work and direct interaction with users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and on-site IT support
  • Hardware asset management and device lifecycle support
  • Field services operations and user assistance
  • Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT Support or Field Service roles
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
