Provide technical support as the main IT point of contact on-site.
Support end users with desktops, laptops, and Office IT tools.
Offer smart‑hands support for network and server teams.
Support software used on end‑user systems and servers when needed.
Prepare IT equipment and tools for new joiners (onboarding).
Collect, sanitize, and maintain IT assets and inventory.
Coordinate and provide remote‑hands support to backend teams for network and server issues.
Support video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams).
Assist with networking and multifunction printer issues.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise desktops, laptops, and business applications.
