DESCRIPTION
Acts as the technical specialist and primary customer support contact, independently diagnosing, troubleshooting, and completing repairs on Cummins products at a single customer site. The role focuses on minimizing equipment downtime, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery in compliance with Cummins standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Independently diagnose faults and complete mechanical and electrical repairs on engines, power generation systems, and ATS at customer sites.
Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring prompt and efficient response to service needs to minimize product downtime.
Maintain productive and professional customer relationships through clear communication and customer-focused service delivery.
