On Site Supervisor

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated site supervisor to join our team and oversee the execution of our projects with precision, dedication, and quality. Preference will be given to the supervisor who has experience in construction or civil line. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the company's and client quality standards and specifications.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with manager's, workers, clients and architects to ensure smooth operations on-site.
• Material Management: Oversee the delivery, usage, and inventory of materials on-site.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to the management team and on backend work.

Ideal Profile:

Requirements

• Graduation or ITI or B.Tech
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Able to do overtime when required.
• Able to handle pressure according to the need.
