International Custom Equipment Field Service Engineer


We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide installation, maintenance, and technical support for precision-built equipment utilized by leading global manufacturers. This role involves hands-on customer interaction with 70% travel. When not traveling, you will be based at our Roselle, IL location, supporting operational activities


Responsibilities

  • Perform service, installation, and commissioning of custom machinery at customer sites globally

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems

  • Conduct training sessions for customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures

  • Record service visits, document technical issues, and communicate insights to internal teams

  • Provide support for in-house operations during non-travel periods (assembly, testing, preparation)
