On-site Tracking Hardware Support (OTHS)
, you will be the first line of support for Genius Sports' hardware infrastructure at sports venues. Your mission is to maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the correct operation of the Dragon tracking systems and video streaming hardware used in elite stadiums.

You will be a key point of contact on-site, working independently or with remote support from engineering teams, ensuring our equipment functions correctly before and during live sports events.
