The Job
You will be part of a fast-paced and lean team that establishes strong business relationships with the unmanaged Merchants on the app platform.


  • Following up on leads to complete Merchants' onboarding application via the physical onboarding counter, or other inbound channels including email, zendesk, calls etc

  • Ensuring assigned onboarding leads are completed accurately the first time and activated within SLA

  • Handling Merchant queries regarding onboarding process, their applications status and follow ups for successful activation via call and emails

  • Supporting in other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time
