Onboarding Analyst

Role Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Analyst to support client activation and KYC/KYB operations. You'll ensure new clients are onboarded efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory standards, enabling smooth entry into Velafi's global payment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify client documentation (KYC/KYB) in accordance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with Compliance to resolve onboarding issues or escalations.
• Maintain accurate client records in internal systems.
• Communicate onboarding status to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with Product and Ops to enhance the onboarding experience.
