Onboarding Analyst

Location: Mexico, Brazil, or Argentina (Remote or Hybrid) Industry: Fintech / Cross-Border Payments / Crypto Culture: Agile, compliance-driven, innovative Role Summary We’re seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Analyst to support client activation and KYC/KYB operations. You’ll ensure new clients are onboarded efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory standards, enabling smooth entry into Velafi’s global payment ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Review and verify client documentation (KYC/KYB) in accordance with internal policies and local regulations. Coordinate with Compliance to resolve onboarding issues or escalations. Maintain accurate client records in internal systems. Communicate onboarding status to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements. Work closely with Product and Ops to enhance the onboarding experience.
