QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, project management, or other related discipline, minimum of seven (7) years of responsible experience in talent acquisition-including a combination of strategic and operational business planning; working with corporate performance measures and budgets; business case development; experience dealing with third party vendors to collaborate on the development of an organization-wide HR program is required; experience building and implementing a program or initiative; project management for an organization-wide project (onboarding, recruiting, benefits, learning, performance management, etc) is required.

- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
