A leading global engineering firm in Colombia is looking for a Customer Success Associate to guide customers through onboarding and support their journey with Cisco solutions. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably with Cisco experience, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work in a global team environment and manage multiple customer engagements while ensuring successful onboarding. This role requires flexibility and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to work US Shift hours.
