Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, mandatory checks, and orientation sessions
- Ensure smooth induction and introduction of new joiners to the organization
- Update employee information in the HR database and HRMS systems accurately
- Handle all joining formalities, including form submission, document verification, and employee code generation
- Coordinate with IT and other departments for ADP (Automation Data Processing) activation and system access
- Manage exit formalities, including offboarding processes and updating separation tools
- Maintain organized employee records, files, and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
- Ensure timely generation of intern codes and proper onboarding procedures for interns
