Job Description

The Onboarding Manager will configure, train and deploy products within the Agilent Software portfolio. They will ensure that the system is deployed in a way which addresses the customer's needs. They communicate with external clients and internal team members to successfully implement the system and communicate features and functionality to clients.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, prepare for, and conduct meetings with customers that are adopting Agilent Software to ensure that the system is deployed in a way which addresses their needs

  • Communicate timelines to customers and identify any challenges that may interrupt adoption and deployment within identified timeline

  • Post go-live support

  • Communicate cross functionally to ensure a smooth deployment for the customer so that all parties that are a part of the overall deployment are aware of the status ...
