Job Description
Purpose:
To ensure seamless onboarding of selected candidates by managing post-selection operations, stakeholder coordination, and compliance processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage post-selection onboarding lifecycle till Day-1 joining
- Coordinate with TA, HR Ops, IT, Admin, Finance, and vendors
- Ensure timely release of offer letters and appointment letters
- Handle Pre Joining Documentation and Compliance
- Oversee BGV and medicals
- Maintain accurate employee data in ATS/HRMS
- Prepare onboarding MIS, joining reports, and dashboards
- Ensure adherence to internal onboarding SOPs and audit requirements
