Job Description

Do you love serving customers and solving their problems? Do you have a track record of coaching clients, becoming a trusted advisor, and are now looking for your next challenge?

In this exciting role, you'll help new customers set up, train, and prepare to take their first steps into online booking management. You'll manage projects, oversee new accounts, and ensure they're successfully established before transitioning them to our Customer Success team. Then, you'll start working with the next new customer, ready to launch their spaces live on our marketplace.
