Responsibilities:
Actively involved in pre-onboarding activities Managing data and coordinating with various departments, including partners and candidates Handling logistics arrangements related to onboarding Required to be present in the office on the day of onboarding to facilitate the process Preparing and sharing a monthly dashboard with the leadership team In months with no onboarding activities, the specialist will assist the HR team with hiring or other operational tasks The candidate should be agile and open to taking on additional responsibilities as needed Candidates currently involved in conducting or managing induction programs in their present organization will be preferred
