Candidates currently involved in conducting or managing induction programs in their present organization is Must
Responsibilities:
- Actively involved in pre-onboarding activities
- Managing data and coordinating with various departments, including partners and candidates
- Handling logistics arrangements related to onboarding
- Required to be present in the office on the day of onboarding to facilitate the process
- Preparing and sharing a monthly dashboard with the leadership team
- In months with no onboarding activities, the specialist will assist the HR team with hiring or other operational tasks
- The candidate should be agile and open to taking on additional responsibilities as needed
