Onboarding Specialist

The Resourcing Specialist is a human resources professional who provides assistance, support, and guidance to our Strategic Resourcing and Services, Consulting, and Engineering teams (SC&E) within the Shared Services organization. This role partners with various departments, including Sales, Program Management, Legal, etc., to manage the onboarding and transfer of candidates assigned to various clients.

Job Responsibilities-

• Oversee background requirements and packages for various client Vendor Management Systems to ensure full compliance.
• Partner closely with Resource Management, Partner Management, and other key stakeholders to streamline the candidate onboarding process.
• Guide candidates through every step of the onboarding process, from document completion and drug screening to understanding client requirements.
