Job Description

Lead client onboarding from kickoff to launch. You will keep timelines on track, collect what we need, and coordinate with Client Success, Sales, and Technical Support so each client starts smoothly and confidently. You'll also help improve onboarding using automation and AI.

What You'll Do

  • Own onboarding timelines and run proactively coordinate teams to hit launch dates
  • Collect and confirm onboarding requirements (access, basic info, approvals, assets)
  • Setup up initial items such as analytics tags, website access, and CRM information
  • Learn to use AI and automation to save time and reduce errors
  • Handle client and customer data safely and follow company privacy rules

What You'll Need

  • C1 or higher English
  • 90-second video intro and resume in English
  • 2+ years of client facing experience with US clients
  • Experience managing 10+ onboarding simultaneously
