Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping clients get set up and succeed.

As part of the wholesale operations team at Los Angeles Apparel, a US-based manufacturing company, you'll guide new wholesale clients through the onboarding process, ensure their accounts are properly configured, and serve as their first point of contact. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely with a well-established American brand.

Responsibilities

• Guide new wholesale clients through the complete onboarding process
• Set up and configure client accounts in company systems
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to answer questions and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Track onboarding progress and follow up with clients as needed
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members

Requirements

• Available during
  US business hours
  (Pacific or Eastern time zones)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Quick learner who adapts easily to new software and processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

• Experience with FDM4 software
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
• Background in client onboarding, customer service, or account management
• Previous experience working with US-based companies
