Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries and coordinate with different departments like Recruitment, IT, Compensation and Benefits, and Payroll regarding concerns of new hires.
  • Collect and validate pre-employment requirements.
  • Address issues and flag concerns relating to completion of pre-employment requirements.
  • Act as POC of PEME results and notify recruitment on results that may affect the conversion of hires.
  • Provide regular onboarding updates and submit the final list of new hires.
  • Ensure that contract details are correct and generated on time in Workday.
