Who We Are Looking For
As a WebPT Implementation Intake Specialist, you will work with and support the WebPT Implementation Intake and Training teams to help ensure members successfully adopt our products. Your primary focus will be to provide support for daily duties, projects, and database building for WebPT Billing members, all while upholding WebPT's sky-high customer service standards.
What You'll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
As a WebPT Implementation Intake Specialist, you will work with and support the WebPT Implementation Intake and Training teams to help ensure members successfully adopt our products. Your primary focus will be to provide support for daily duties, projects, and database building for WebPT Billing members, all while upholding WebPT's sky-high customer service standards.
What You'll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
- Complete online Payer Validation research for each new RevServe member with various insurance companies
- Setup RevServe patient statements in Inovalon for RevServe members
- Setup Self-Serve patient statements in Waystar
- Build WebPT Billing Shells for RevServe and follow through with Bot Build's
- Assist Self-Serve training team with the creation of WebPT Billing Shells
- Setup RevServe and Self-Serve members in the WebPT University
