Oncology Key Account Manager 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and manage trust relationships and develop strategic partnerships with key healthcare institutions and medical groups by understanding thebehavioral and psychological characteristics of individual doctors and practicing a communication style that matches each characteristic

  • Identify the vision, needs, and pain points with key doctors about issues in diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up (patient journey), and discuss whereour products demonstrate value, and obtain doctor's recognition and agreement on the value provided by the company's products

  • Support planning and implementation of appropriate area lecture meeting at appropriate times based on sales tactics, and review/negotiate requestsfor roles, speakers and presentation slides based on compliance in collaboration with sales team lead and MRs
