Zoomlion Spain is the Spanish subsidiary of the Zoomlion Group, a major international manufacturer of construction, lifting, and industrial equipment. In Spain, we support a network of dealers and professional customers, with a clear focus on ensuring machine performance, reliability, and uptime, in close collaboration with the Group’s technical and R&D teams.
As a Service Engineer, you provide high-level technical support for Zoomlion equipment across Spain. Provide on-site technical support to dealers and key customers for complex, major, or recurring failures. Deliver remote troubleshooting support (diagnosis, procedures, documentation, solutions). Support root-cause analysis and repair-solution optimization with R&D / technical specialists. Deliver product training to dealers and key customers (operation and routine maintenance), and support training sessions when needed. Support spare parts activities: recommended parts lists, safety stock levels, monthly demand forecasts...
