Position: Catering Event Team Member
Job Classification: Part Time, Non-Exempt
Reports To: General Manager and/or Catering LEAD
Work Schedule: Generally open Tuesday-Saturday. Hours are varied based on event schedule. Both primarily daytime or evening hours available. Some Friday and Saturday evenings are required. The schedule will be highly varied- hours are available as dictated by the quantity and size of the currently scheduled catering events.
Summary of Role: 3033 Anderson Ave serves as kitchen space for One Egg Catering Kitchen. The Catering Event Team Member’s role is primarily focused on pre-event food preparation, plating, and finishing of catering menu items.
