A personalised technical support engineer for mass market customers & channel partners, providing pre & post sales technical support to a geographical region and its customers, partner FAE and Renesas Sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Support customers on popular Catalog Analog & Power Products Post sales : Provide personalised technical support online (email / teams etc) to understand customers problems & solve them with smart efficient use of resources (own knowledge & product line resources) Pre Sales: Work with sales teams on understanding customers' requirements (product & application or use case) to position REN products and solutions in an advantageous way.
