Job Overview

Reporting to the Sales Manager, as the Online Sales Specialist act as the first point of contact for all inbound buyer and realtor inquiries across Calgary and area communities. You deliver fast, professional responses; qualify and nurture prospects; set appointments for on-site sales teams; and maintain accurate CRM records and reporting. You also manage texting and automation workflows to improve speed-to-lead, engagement, and appointment conversion

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing leads from all marketing platforms, and address client inquires in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Lead Response & Customer Experience 

  • Responding to all website/online leads within the required service level (e.g., within 30 minutes during assigned hours; otherwise by the start of the next business day.
