We're hiring! Join our team as an Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client's site.
We're looking for a proactive, hands‑on professional with solid networking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top‑notch customer service, resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver smart hands support for on‑site and remote issues.
Key areas of responsibility- Respond to IT related Requests and Incident calls in Service Now
- Correctly create Tech Hub visit tickets, track incidents and IMAC tickets in a timely and accurately manner in Service Now
- PC (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Portable devices - IPhone, IPad, Windows Tablet.
- Diagnose printer hardware and software, and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions
- Ability to resolve Microsoft operating system issues and errors (from Windows XP up to Windows 10/11)
