Overview

We’re hiring an Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client’s site. We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on professional with solid networking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top‑notch customer service, resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver smart hands support for on‑site and remote issues.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Respond to IT related requests and incident calls in Service‑Now.
  • Create and track Tech Hub visit tickets, incidents, and IMAC tickets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • PC (Desktops/Laptops) – hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve printer hardware/software and other peripheral device failures.
  • Resolve Microsoft operating system issues (Windows XP through Windows 10/11).
  • Utilize networking knowledge for troubleshooting.
